Our star maps are made from 1/8 inch Baltic Birch, stained dark blue, gold and black to mimic the night sky. This wall art piece is a mandala, meaning that it is uses multiple layers of wood to give it a more 3D effect! The borders and words are raised from the face board, which is engraved, and with a cut out border, on top of a golden back board.
