Historically, Moss Agate has long been worn as jewelry. Some ancient cultures viewed moss agate as a healing stone. During the late 18th century, Britian used moss agate for luck. Europeans would hang a Moss Agate on trees and Oxen horns to manifest a successful havest! Since these stones hold what looks like moss or ferns within, moss agate was used amongst gardeners and farmers.
